"I prefer to think of my patients and myself as fellow travellers, a term that abolishes distinctions between 'them' (the afflicted) and 'us' (the healers). We are all in this together, and there is no therapist and no person immune to the inherent tragedies of existence."

— IRVIN YALOM

I am a trauma-informed therapist and avid advocate of the biopsychosocial-spiritual framework that can help to understand all the different layers and shades of the individual's traits. Although I naturally gravitate towards Psychodynamic, Narrative Therapy, CBT and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) therapeutic approaches, I firmly believe that therapy should fit the individual's needs rather than the therapist's preferences. Therefore, I'm afraid I personally have to disagree with the "one-fits-all" approach. Tailoring my clinical practice to your personal needs is a crucial initial milestone of your therapeutic journey.

We can help you receive the care you need.
